Ingredients:
- 200 g of rice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 jar of MAYSSEN artichoke hearts
- 1 mango
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- A pinch of dried coriander
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cook the rice as usual, then set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and dried coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the MAYSSEN artichoke hearts into pieces.
- Dice the mango into small cubes.
- In a salad bowl, combine the rice, artichoke hearts, and mango cubes.
- Dress the salad with the vinaigrette and serve chilled.
