Toasts with Artichoke and Preserved Lemon Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of whole wheat sandwich bread
  • 1 jar of MAYSSEN artichoke and preserved lemon spread
  • A few walnuts, chopped
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Dried mint
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Toast the slices of sandwich bread.
  2. Cut each slice in half.
  3. Spread the MAYSSEN artichoke spread on the bread.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, fresh parsley, and dried mint.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
