Shakshuka with Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of MAYSSEN Shakshuka
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add the contents of the MAYSSEN Shakshuka jar.
  3. Once the shakshuka is hot, crack the eggs directly onto the mixture.
  4. Let it simmer until the eggs are cooked to your desired texture, keeping the yolks slightly runny.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat. Serve with crispy bread!
  6. For a heartier version, you can add cooked merguez sausages before adding the eggs.
